The session log
All saved sessions appear here. Only the selected seven-day week is included in totals, CSV and print. Use whole minutes, not decimal hours.

This is a manual time summary, not an invoice, payroll tool or tax calculation. No timers, monitoring, calendar sync, taxes, overtime, payment requests or client accounts. Dates are calendar dates, not timestamps; time zones and daylight-saving changes do not alter the selected week.
One client, one currency and one hourly rate per project. Changing the rate applies to every billable session in the project. 500 sessions maximum; each session is 1–1,440 whole minutes. Billable amount = total billable minutes × hourly rate ÷ 60, rounded once to the nearest cent, with half-cents rounded up. No individual session charges are rounded or added.
Duplicate-looking rows are flagged, never removed. Review the date, duration, billable setting and normalized description; intentional duplicates remain included. CSV text is formula-neutralized but should still be reviewed in your spreadsheet app.
There is no auto-save. Work lives only in this tab’s memory. Closing or reloading loses unsaved work. Save JSON and check Downloads before leaving. Files are unencrypted and contain session details—keep them private. Imports are checked before replacement; only load backups you trust. Use a current desktop browser. Printing and mobile layouts still need real-device review; inspect every page in print preview.
